Carson is an experienced IT management professional with solid experiences and global exposures in project management, business analysis and international team management, with a focus to deliver quality work and develop the team at the same time under the global delivery model in a matrix management environment in accordance to company’s strategy.

 
He came from the investment banking sector of one of the world’s largest global bank and he worked there for more than 25 years with 15 years in management roles, so he has accumulated sufficient knowledge of various investment banking products like Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Money Market and Derivatives, which enable him to communicate with business users effectively.

 
Besides, he has very good understanding of the treasury trading system, which consists of many different sub-systems, such as deal input, confirmation, settlement, accounting, cash flow, delivery, credit risk, market risk, … etc. Despite Carson is specialized in back-office system processing, he possesses reasonably good knowledge of deal processing cycle front-to-back.

 
After having worked on AS/400 and iSeries in both application development teams and technical support teams for so many years, he has become an expert in iSeries, RPGLE and CLLE programming development seasoned with suitable exposures to data centre operations and other midrange and mainframe platforms.

 
His last job in the bank was the manager of a global development team of 15+ people with a focus to deliver projects related to Treasury Operations and Risk Management (including both Credit Risk and Market Risk) for the back-office system on a global basis. Also, as a globally credentialed PMP, he possesses solid experiences in Traditional Project Management, but on the other hand, he also has pretty good knowledge in Agile Project Management.
